The braids cup/ Love cup and Yeshua’s first miracle
Last year the Lord gave me the following revelation. I posted on our download page, but the Lord recently promoted, me to repost it on Our Journey.
The braids cup/ Love cup and Yeshua’s first miracle.
I never got a clear answer until this year. This year Holy Spirit let me to teachings about the Hebrew roots, about their costumes. These teachings brought new revelations for me. I would like to share some of it with you.
The Jewish custom is full of riches treasure and if you start to understand them the bible becomes more a live and so open for you. When a Jewish man wants to marry a Jewish girl, he first goes to the father of the bride to be. There the husband to be will offer the father off the bride all he has, if he has 20 sheep, he will offer up all 20 to marry the girl. He has no guaranty that the father will keep all 20 sheep or just take maybe 5 for himself and give the rest back. The husband is trying to show how much he loves his bride to be. If the father is a righteous man he will compromise and get the best deal for himself and his son in law to be. If an agreement is made he can ask his beloved to marry him.
While the bridegroom was asking permission from the father, his beloved bride was preparing a lavage meal in a separate room in the house. She then sits and waits for her groom to come. The bridegroom walks up to the locked door and knocks on the door, now the bride to be has a choice, if she does not want to marry him, she does not have to unlock the door for the groom and her family will then come in and have the meal with her. Meanwhile the bridegroom has no guaranty that his beloved will unlock the door, for if she does not unlock the door, he will have to walk away not seeing her again. But if her heart’s desire is to marry him she rush up to the door, unlock it and sit back down again. When she unlocks the door it is an invitation for him that she wants to marry him and he needs to open the door, come in and have a feast meal with her. Yeshua is our Bridegroom and that is why He says in: Revelation 3:20 “Behold, I stand at the door and continually knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him (restore him), and he with Me.”
And we as the bride have to unlock the door for our Beloved Yeshua.
While sitting down and having the meal they will talk about what do they both want from the marriage. Once agreement has been made: a Ketubah is drown up. It outlines the rights and responsibilities of the groom in relations to the bride, it also outlines the responsibilities of the bride to the groom. We also have a Ketubah outlining our responsibilities to our Groom, it is in Exodus 31:18 the Ten Commandments.

Yeshua also have a Ketubah with His bride and that was fulfilled on the cross.
There is a love cup on the table, the groom goes and pour wine into the cup. He will then take first a sip and holds the cup for her (she still has time not to go through with the marriage) when she takes the cup and drinks from it they are married on the spot. Yeshua offered us His cup at the last super (Matthew 26:17-30). That is why we can take communion as the bride of Christ and freely drink from His Love cup.
They then go to the town square with the Ketubah and call the entire community to be a witness as they drink from the love cup again. The community speaks blessings over them as the father of the bride gifts his blessing in public over the couple.
Now the bridegroom is going back to his father’s home to build his new wife a house. That is why Yeshua said in John 14:2 “My father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you?” The house needs to be as she wants it to be. The bride goes back to her father’s house to prepare for her husband. She will practice to cook his favorite meals and so on. They will not see each other from 12 months up to 2 years. So the bridegroom leaves his beautiful bride some gifts so that every time she uses them she will think of her beloved. Now Yeshua has also left us some gifts for us to use so that we can remember our Beloved until He comes for us. (1 Corinthians 12).
While they are apart they are not allowed to drink any wine, for if any one of them does, their marriage are none in void, that is why Yeshua said in Matt26:29 “But I say to you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in My Fathers kingdom”. For they will only drink from the love cup again once they are together again. When the bridegroom is finished building the house, he will go to his father and ask if he can go and get his bride. For no one knows when the bridegroom is going to return to fetch his bride, only the father can give permission for him to go, that is why Yeshua said in Mark 13:32 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angles in heaven, nor the Son but only the Father”.
Now the Jewish people loves romans; the bridegroom’s father will awake his son in the middle of the night and say to him: arise and go and get your beloved. That is why Yeshua said in Rev 16:15 “Look, I come like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake and remains clothed, so as not to go naked and be shamefully exposed” and in 1Thes 5:2 “ for you know very well that that day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night.” The bridegroom with some of his friends will travel unto the sites gates. Where he will blow the trumpet/shofar announcing to his bride that he has arrived to come to take her away. In 1Thes 4:16 “For the Lord Himself will come down from heaven, with a load command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first”. Matt 24:31 “and He will send His angles with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other”.
If the bride is not ready for her beloved and does not go out to meet him, the marriage is cancelled or if she takes too long because she is not ready, the bridegroom can turn back and go home to his father, they will not be married any more. In that town there can be 5 different brides waiting for their beloveds to return, so the bride must know the sound of her beloved’s trumpet/shofar. If the bride recognize her beloveds sound, she will rush out and meet him at the cities gates .Then the groom will sound the trumpet/shofar again and the wedding guests will come out in the middle of the night and have a celebration feast with them. Rev 19:7 “Let us rejoice and be glad and give Him glory? For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and His bride has made herself ready”.Here the couple will drink wine for the first time again together from the love cup.
After the feast the bridegroom will take his new bride and the Ketubah back to her new home. (The Ketubah will be on display in there now home for all to see). Where her new father in law will be waiting with the wedding guests for her arrival. The bridegroom will present the Ketubah and his new bride to his father. The father will give a feast unto them and more blessings are spoken over them and her new father in law gives his blessing in public over the new couple. Then the newly married couple will retire in the middle of the feast to a separate room. Where they will know one another intimately for 7 days. Now the marriage is has become a blood covenant.
The question I get most when I tell people the Lord told me not drink any alcohol is:But Yeshua made water into wine? Holy Spirit revealed to me that when Yeshua did His first miracle in John 2:1-11, there was no Love cup between Him and His bride yet. It was only at the last supper when Yeshua offered communion that He got a bride. He said in Matt 26:29 “But I say to you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father’s kingdom.”
Now we as the bride cane daily take communion and drink of the Love cup, knowing that one day we will drink out of the Love cup with our Beloved Yeshua at the wedding of the Lamb. I have also recently learned that some of the bridegrooms, before they take the love cup, they will was there bride’s feet, as a symbol that they want a pure and clean bride. Than he will offer her the love cup once he had washed her feet.
Holy Spirit revealed to me that, that is why Yeshua washes the disciples’ feet before He offered them His Love cup at the Last Supper. John 13: 5-11; 5 Then He poured water into the basin and began washing the disciples’ feet and wiping them with the towel which was tied around His waist. 6 When He came to Simon Peter, he said to Him, “Lord, are You going to wash my feet?” 7 Jesus replied to him, “You do not realize now what I am doing, but you will [fully] understand it later.” 8 Peter said to Him, “You will never wash my feet!” Jesus answered, “Unless I wash you, you have no part with Me [we can have nothing to do with each other].” 9 Simon Peter said to Him, “Lord, [in that case, wash] not only my feet, but also my hands and my head!” 10 Jesus said to him, “Anyone who has bathed needs only to wash his feet, and is completely clean. And you [My disciples] are clean, but not all of you.” 11 For He knew who was going to betray Him; for that reason He said, “Not all of you are clean.”
Yeshua want a clean bride. One that will follow Him in all His ways. He washed our sins on the cross, but only the bride will have more than sins that is forgiven and washed clean, she will allow her Bridegroom to wash her before the wedding of the Lamb. Before she drinks of His Love cup she will make herself ready, she will allow Him to wash her with His Word. Her heart will become pure as she allows Him to reveal the hidden things of her heart. Psalm 51:10 “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.”
Matthew 5:8 “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.”
Daniel 2:22 “He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what lies in darkness, and Light dwells with Him.” 1 Corinthian 4:5 “Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait until the Lord comes. He will bring to Light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. At that time each will receive their praise from God.”
Allow your Beloved to come and wash you, even if it is a difficult process.
Matthew 22:14 Parallel Verses New Living Translation "For many are called, but few are chosen." "Therefore, many are invited, but few of those are chosen to stay."
There are many wonderful teachings about the wedding. I encourage you to go with Holy Spirit into the new revelations.
